Shani Jayanti is the birth anniversary of Lord Shani
celebrated on Wednesday , amavasya in the month of May 28, devotee visit shani
temples for blessing of Lord Shani. In puja bath the idol with mustard oil,
sesame seeds and chant below given shani mantra.” Om Shanishcharya Namah” A
Observe fast and chant shani mantra throughout the day. As lord shani is black
in complexion, donate sesame, back pepper, peanut oil, pickle, black umbrella,
clove, basil leaf and black salt. Worshiping lord Hanuman also pleases Lord
Shani
